1.5 pounds broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
8 cloves fresh garlic, coarsely chopped
2-3 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450. Toss broccoli with garlic, oil and sesonings. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-30 min, or until broccoli is just starting to brown. Serves 4
